Terms and conditions for PREMIUM PRIVATE LESSON PLAN / 1 x week

We have crafted easy-to-understand, no-nonsense terms and conditions that are in plain english. These policies allow us to deliver the highest quality swim lessons and retain our dedicated and talented staff. These policies address common topics such scheduling, billing, attendance, cancellations, transfers, refunds, inclement weather, etc. A few important policy highlights are listed below. Please review our full TERMS & CONDITIONS as you are accepting these terms by completing your purchase.

PREMIUM PLAN PRORATED ACCOUNT CREDITS: Premium Plan plan holders are eligible to receive prorated account credits for missed classes and allows for temporary holds on the plan without losing your spot on the schedule. Holds and absences are not to exceed 6 sessions within a 6 month period. In order to qualify for an account credit, absences and holds must be communicated in advance. No shows will not be eligible for account credits. To receive account credits, requests must be made via our online credit request form. Premium Plan requires a minimum 6-month commitment.

SCHEDULED HOLIDAYS: Classes will not be held during break weeks or on scheduled holidays. Our monthly plan prices have already accounted for these closures and we do not provide makeups, refunds or prorated account credits for these days. Please review HOLIDAYS AND SCHEDULED CLOSURES prior to registering.

BILLING: Your payment for your first month will be processed the day you register, but your subsequent monthly auto-renewal dates will be on the day of the month that your plan actually started. For example, if you register on the 12th, but your plan doesn't start until the 20th, your first payment will be on the 12th and your monthly auto-renewal date will be the 20th of each month. If your auto-renewal date does not occur in every month (for example, the 31st), you will be billed on the last day of that month instead. Recurring monthly payments are automatically on.your auto-renewal date using your credit card on file. You can manage your billing preferences online by selecting “Payment Methods” from your account dashboard.

NON-REFUNDABLE / NON-TRANSFERABLE: Passes and Monthly Plans are non-refundable and non-transferable.

PREMIUM PLAN CANCELATION POLICY ANYTIME: There is a 6-month minimum commitment with our Premium Plans. After the initial 6-month commitment is completed, you may cancel your Premium Monthly Plan at any time prior to your next auto-pay renewal. To end your monthly enrollment and stop auto-pay, submit your request using our CANCELLATION REQUEST FORM. You will still be able to use the service until the end of the month in which you cancel. We do not provide refunds or credits for unused time.
